Default The time I might have found real treasure !

Hi y'all, I thought I would tell ya about the time I whent to Florida years ago.I was about 11 or 12 years old and had my first detector a bounty hunter vlf unit.I was at a beach close to the Mel Fisher museum vacationing with my parents and brothers.I decided to do some detecting while my brothers were out body surfing.I wasent finding much and had some kid about my age following me around.I got a good signal and was diging and digging but I couldnt find whatever was giving me the signal,so finally I gave up and whent swimming. After awile my parents called to us and said we were leaving. As I was running up the beach I passed the kid that had been following me around and he says "Man you should have kept digging ! " Apparently he had finished digging my last target and found something,to this day it bug's the heak out me ! I'll never know what it was that I could have found.Later we whent to the Fisher museum and I was sick, thinkin that I may have found something simmilar to what I was seeing there in the displays.I espeashily remember the gold dragon necklass on display that was found close to were I was at.

Maybe he was just saying that you should have kept digging because he wanted you to find something. Geez, that would probably bug me, too. I'd probably have dreams about it.

uh....no, no,....it wasn't a 1 pound gold necklace with 10 karats of emeralds covvered with 50 pieces of silver from the Atocha, all laying on top of a solid gold bar or anything like that. It was probably just a bottle cap.....
