In Japan now !!!

I just got here last night. It is 9:30 at night here, back at home it would be 7:30 AM wow. They are 14 hours ahead of us time wise. I,m tried but excited. Tommorow I will leave to go to the ocean, about a 1 1\2 hour drive to go detecting. I hope I can sleep I`m really excited. I will post my finds in about 24 hours when ever that is. Wish me Luck !!!

Ok thanks everyone. I found 3 coins yesterday and one key. I will have to post the pictures soon. I kind of have a busy schedule and haven`t had time to work on them. I found a 500 yen coin that was 20 years old and a 100 yen coin about 30 years old, a 10 yen coin that was to worn to read. I went to the wrong beach to find coins though, the waves were about 20 feet tall and scared me to death. I stayed far far away them. Just the sound they made coming in was amazing. I watched the people and they just walked out on the beach took pictures of each other and left, it was beautiful, almost hard to believe. I have to go to a beach where people lay out in the sun and loose things. I have 2 more beach days planned 1 is tomorrow and 1 is Sunday. The coins I found have a value of $6.10, but when I found the 1st one after about an hour of looking it was worth $200. One more thing, 1 lady asked what kind of research I was doing, pretty funny at the time.

From the land of the Bluenose..can imagine how hard it is to sleep with an adventure like that awaiting you. Looking forward to seeing the photos...oh...and watch out for Godzilla...lol!

I have only had about 2 more hours in beach hunting. The beaches hear are have so much garbage like pull tabs, cans, foil. You know the things that make us just want to just say forget it. But I can`t say that I have to keep trying. I did find a small silver ring, a 100 yen coin, and 2 1 yen coins. So can`t be to upset. The 1 yen coins are made from aluminum,Ⅰknow I can`t set my detector to not pick up pull tabs and not miss some stuff. Can I ??? Anyway I will travel tommorow for 3 hours by car to more of a resort type beach that will maybe be more CLEAN ??? I think that so far they have been more like fishing areas. This will be my last chance while I`m here, so I plan to try very hard and try to put sometime in. The people who take me somtimes make me feel like I need to stop early. It,s hard for other people just to watch me dig 75 holes and find 3 coins. Dam pull tabs are killing me !!! I really need to pull out something good so I can leave here Thursday with the people going WOW he is the man !!! Total find so far 1 silver ring, 6 coins, 1 key. See ya.
