Now I know the opossum is an ugly critter as an adult, but the babies sure are cute. Years ago my mom found a baby one in the garden, of course we took it in and tried to raise it. He was doing great, and we had fun playing with him....then one night while he curled up to one of my sisters in bed, she rolled over and squashed him.....to this day she is known as the possum killer!!
