NRA all the way! I always had the utmost respect for him. One thing that sticks out in my mind was the moment in "Planet of the Apes" when he said "get your dirty paws off me, you filthy ape"(or something to that affect). That statement probably gets used alot in this country even today............RIP Charleton.....

Default just watched

the Omega man , I was telling some friends that the movie "I AM LEGEND" was a remake of the Omega man... they never heard of the movie so we rented it. next day i found out Charlton Heston had died.

He was a great american. Not only was he the NRA President. He stood up for civil rights when it wasn't cool and walked with MLK Jr. He upheld all of the Constitutional Ammendments. A tremendous loss. RIP.
