Default Real Coin Garden

Hey all! I just wanted to share one of my projects with you guys. About two weeks ago, I went to my grandmothers house. She has a garden in her back yard that has been worked for nearly 50 years. Clean as a whistle I say! No rocks at all. Back then (she describes), people may have been judged by there gardens. So, I took the liberty of taking a handful of carefully recorded change (clad), and in two or three random acts... threw the change in an underarm motion across this garden. Garden measures about 150 feet by 50 feet. I made sure to get the change scattered in an even matter. Now keep in mind, this was before the guy came to "turn" it. So the coins got down (in a mixed fashion) to around 12 inches. I thought this was going to be easy. Turns out that there are pull tabs in the garden! I never thought of all those years tillin her garden while drinking beer would come back to haunt me! So on a preliminary hunt..(15 minutes and it got dark)I found one quarter, and one nickel. I will post my initial hand written list and give progress updates.

Very good idea! The test now is to see how well you can pinpoint, and to see if you can tell if it is gonna be a pulltab, Beale.

That is right Anne! Finders keepers. Good luck finding your coins!
I wanted to use the new raised beds, I made for our gardens this year to get a better feel for my M6. Connie put the nix on that one.
