Default Took the boy's fishin today

The three year old woke up wanting to go fishin today. Since we don't live in Mississippi anymore with a 4 acre lake on my lot, I had to call my uncle. Just so happens he has a 20 acre lake. The three year old had 2 crappie before I could get my pole ready. No joke!! They were right on the bank about to spawn and he just dropped his line in and out they came. We ended up with 11. Only took 4 home to have for supper. Can you smell it right now? A few pics of the day. The little calf had to walk over and have a look-see. That's the prettiest calf I've ever seen.

Any day fishing with the kids is good. I work at a daycare, so really enjoy my time with the kids and teaching them. Thanks for the pics.

Glad those kids had a great time, and I'm sure all of you did. Sometimes we need to put the metal detector down and go fishin'. I can't get motivated lately to do either one.......Maybe tomorrow........
