Weasel-
There are some good reality shows out there...
Intervention: it's not 'hollywood' reality. It's as real as it can get.
The Amazing Race: a competetion show that is better than survivor.

The MTV & VH1 & BRAVO stuff is sometimes tough to watch, but there is some decent stuff out there!

Happy Watching!

There may be some good ones out there but thats all subjective to who is watching...Dont get me wrong i thinks it cool for anyone to watch what they want too, "i just cant stand them"..

The winner from the amazing race a few seasons back ( his name is BJ or Brian but for some reason I can't remember what name he used on the show) was a student where I work. He was our valedictorian the year he graduated...quite a ham even then.

I watch as minimal TV as possible. I watch some pro football, and that is about it. I will not watch the reality shows either. Oh yea I do like Antiques Road Show, Beale.

I work 2nd shift so I don't see any night prime time shows.
So what I do watch is mostly sports. NASCAR, BASEBALL, FOOTBALL

I also watch:
Discovery Channel, History Channel, Military Channel
Tru TV and Travel Channel.

I am watching the Red Sox and Yankee game as I write this.
GO SOX!!!
