Heys I apoligize if this has been cover elsewhere, but being new to the site can someone give a down & dirty quick tips on uploading photo's to the site & attaching then to posts I make, or point me to a postthat already explains that. I'm pretty computer savy & upload photos to other photo web sites to share with friends all the time, so just looking for some tips about proper image sizes to use & upload to TQ &then best way to do it. when you are making a post, find the little paperclip button and click on it. it should bring you to a screen where you can browse your computer for the file you are looking for. select it, and hit upload. if the picture is too big, then you will need to resize it. there are a lot of free programs out there i know that Infranview is a popular one.

good luck, if you have any other questions feel free to ask.

I save them to my desk top with photo shop 7. Then When you make a post. scroll down past the text box, and you will see manage attachments. Click that and it pulls up an atachment box to browse and upload your pics. Hope this helps.

We have some tips and guides here:

Tech Tips - Metal Detecting Forums at Treasure Quest

I'll see if we can write one up for using the TQ attachment system. It will be a while though!
