Default F75 Big Time Laugh MUST READ

Boy everyone needs to read this if they want a big time laugh!
Just got a new F75 last Sat hadn't used it yet until today. Took it out to a site & didn't get a single signal, thought I must not have it set correctly, so went back home grabbed some assorted old coins & a key & a couple of rings & layed them out on the ground & started testing, nothing, couldn't get it to make a beep. Well for the next hour & half or so I pissed around with every setting on it I could think of & still nothing, so finally after being extremly pissed off, I call my dealer on his cell phone & explained to him what is going on & he walks me through the settings & still nothing, He goes well it should be working, Now Here Comes The Funny Part Everyone. He goes O'yeah you have the SunRay Pinpointer on there don't ya he says, he goes reach down & flip the switch, I'm like You've Got To Be Fricking Kidding Me & then we both start laughing out loud. I'm like O My God could I be any more dense right now!!! He said don't beat your self up to bad I did the same thing once.
We laughed about it for a bit then I said thanks & hung up, saying to myself how could you be so stupid!!! Just Goes To Show You Even Very Smart People Which I Consider Myself One Can Make Stupid Mistakes!
So if you have a probe on a new F75 save yourself the embarrasment of calling your dealer & REMEMBER to shut your probe off!! Can't tell you how much I was cursing & boy if you would have seen me on video going back & forth for an hour+ trying to figure it out. Hope your all not falling off your chairs laughing so hard while your reading this post. If there is an award on the site for dumbest move of the week I bet I win it!!! Chow Everyone

Your not the first and you won't be the last so don't beat yourself up over it. Thanks though for the chuckle.

On on of my hunts, I walked around for about five minutes with my machine turned off. I had just taken a break, and forgot to turn it back on!

It happens!
