Default When do you hunt?

I was wondering if anybody has a favorite day, time of day, or perhaps favorite time of year to hunt and why? (When I actually get to go do some hunting) I think I'm going to hunt mostly in the mornings, from sun up till about 10 am, during the week. This way I don't have to deal with too many people. Weekends will vary, times wise. I'll probably hunt all year round, too. Each season has it's benefits, I've been told.

On weekends I like early mornings before to many people are moving around. During the week that is not possible. If I hunt then it is after work. On those times I like to hit private lots, Beale

I have'nt been hunting long...But my health dictates my hunts....Heat is hard on me....So I prefer to hunt during weather that is no warmer than 75 and no cooler than 35. My hunting season is about to end due to the heat.....

As Buster said we normally hit the beach at 4 am on Sun mornings, too many people on the beaches during the day, you have to weave in & out of people & it's a pain plus it's hotter than hell, I hit the tot lots on Sat, no one to bother me then, we hunt year round but the spring & summer is definitely the best times to hunt.

The beach, at sunset after a lot of people have left. But I can only get out on every odd weekend. Is it bad that I'm ready to retire and I'm only 26?

So far I've found one very old license plate, a lot of nails, some funky green pennies and other misc. change.. but who's counting? I'm just here to have fun!

Mostly I hunt at the low tide but my favorite time is 'Surf Church',(sunrise on Sunday morning) especially if it co-incides with a minus tide.

Cheers,
