Finding The Year Of Parks And Homes

Is there a site for this? I would not even mind paying a yearly fee if this is possible. I know I went to one of these sites called intellus and it is some type of service that does everything from background checks to property investigations. I was able to type in some addresses including mine and gave me the year my house and other houses were built but I could not access parks even when I had the address and there were some houses that the year would not come out so if maybe you guys want to try it go ahead. Does anyone know of a better site? Can I just go to the library and get this info? where would I need to go? I know there have to be some older sites in Dade or Broward county it is just doing research and going to the good sites. I am searching for old geass parks and look for silver. Let me know thanks.

When I did demolition of houses, I would go to the county tax assessor's office and get a copy of the property record. It would tell me when the house was built, when additions were built, and a lot of other interesting info like who all owned it over the years and how much they paid. Many counties now have their info available online and you can put in the address and the record will come up. I don't know if they will have that info for parks or not, but it might be a place to start.
