Default What type of coin/find pouch do you recommend...?

Howdy to all....

This is strictly an opinion based question. When md'ing, what type of coin/find pouch do you use...? I have been using a older black hip pouch so far, but I find it is filling with more junk, i.e bottle caps, pull tabs etc and I then have to separate my finds from junk as the hunt ends. Any and all input will be appreciated. A few weeks ago someone put up a link to a collapsible bag, I cant seem to find it, had a youtube vid review and all...thanks...

I usually use a back pack... typical school style. The several different zippered compartments let me keep junk here.... goody's here, perhaps an adult beverage or two here (woods hunting only) and so forth...

I like the Maxpedition Rollypoly's.
I have the small and medium ones, and love them.

A full one, of course!

All kidding aside, previous posters have made great suggestions for nice, purpose-built gear. Looks like those would work great for carrying all of stuff needed when MDing.

Me personally, I use an old (probably antique, like me) canvas over-the shoulder bag; the kind that adolescent male delivery technicians used to use for delivering newspapers (sorry; I wasn't sure if "paperboy" was PC or not these days). Mine even has a newspaper logo on it, so I'd say it's authentic.

It easily carries all of my digging tools, spare batteries, water bottle and the plentiful trash I always find. The good stuff, too, although that goes into a ziplock baggie by itself.

RobbieD...that was too much...and Buster, if I can find a man purse that doens't have 'Tinkerbell' embroidered on the backside (and matches my eyes...)...I'm in..lol!

All joking aside many great answers...I appreciate the input as this will help me and other TQ'ers...Thanks for a job well done...!

I use an amo belt from the surplus store to hip mount, just slip the control box into a clip on bag. My finds and trash go into a two pocket bag also mounted on the belt. I also find there's allot less questions since I added the suspenders, camera bag and a hook to drag my sand scoop. The best part of the setup is one quick clip and it's all off with everything still attached..
