I have to tell SOMEONE...
First of all, as far as Texas is concerned - I believe I've run out of "get out of jail free" cards...I HAVE to be more careful in the future...(to answer Buster's question)
Second - I've closed the deal here in Del Rio! We will begin a $3 Million dollar energy retrofit project within the next few weeks! Lastly, my client insisted on having my team to his ranch for drinks and a barbecue - and then to the lounge at my hotel for a few more celebratory drinks...I have to say that I've had more than my share of tequila  - and now I'm going to hit the hay...but I just wanted to share with my TQ family that after more than 12 months of putting this deal together that it is FINALLY a DONE deal!
