Default Metal Detecting Vest

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find a good lightweight vest to carry my metal detecting gear with?

I use a lightweight shell with mesh pockets, available at any outdoor store. My jacket has a keyclip in one pocket so I don't have to worry about losing my keys, a large mesh pocket in the back for the trash and the other pocket for my good finds. I leave the back pocket open for easy dumping of trash, the key pocket zipped shut and the finds pocket 3/4 zipped so I can put my finds in easily but not worry about losing them.
My jacket has full length sleeves for extra sun protection as well.

Cheers,

BDA

I like the design - but the denim seems like it would still be a bit hot in the summer...

Don't know exactly what you're looking for but you might look at a fishing vest or a photography vest.

I have a fly fishing vest I bought up in OR last year on sale. Keep your eye out. I'm sure you'll find something nice.

I've got a fly fishing vest on in my avatar picture. They come in various colors and sizes and pocket configurations.

Pris: Are you into fly fishing, too. Great sport/hobby.
