Default Pappa Smurf, clad cow and big silver

From the land of the Bluenose..just too nice a day so Bardman and I headed up to Windsor to go a digging with Makinholes. Upon arrival at the usual spot Bardman and I began our search as Myles had appointments and was going to join us later. Bardman was in clad heaven hitting the twoonies and loonies as this bouy struggled with the White's Prizm V which seems to be a penny magnet. After a while of watching the Bardman show me how it's done with a Whites I moved to the area in front of the house as Bard continued doing the playing field.

After a few dozen beaver tails as Myles calls them (pull tabs) I got a sound that was strange to me and said what the halibut and out popped a 42 dime. Day was made. Shortly after that we adjourned to Tim's where the luck of the day was in the rim for the Bardman getting a "gagnon" cup of coffee when he roled up the rim.

We headed back to the field I hit my second silver of the day (photo to follow) and were joined by Makinholes who found a "Pappa Smurf" figurine....made the Bardman and I "blue" with envy. Everyone continued the clad parade and we eventually moved to another location and continued to dig. Was getting to be a full day of digging and we left Myles still "Makinholes" in the field after thanking him for the invite to hunt in his neck of the woods.

Totals for this bouy was 67 coins at $2.95, no to drugs pin and a roll of hockey shin guard tape which I'll put to use on Thursdays version of "Hockey Night in Lower Sackville." Let the other bouys post their totals...Bardman by far out cladded Myles and us digging up over $10.00 in clad. Photo 1 Bardman , 2 Myles aka "Makinholes" other two of silver finds.
