JUST SITTING HERE WONDERING HOW OUR FAMILY MEMBERS GOT THEIR NICK NAMES THAT WE USE ON THE FORUMS.I KNOW THAT SOME ARE OUR REGULAR NAMES BUT THERE ARE SO MANY THAT ARE NOT. IF YOU CARE TO SHARE HOW YOU OBTAINED YOUR SCREEN NAMES, PLEASE LET US KNOW. I THINK THIS WOULD BE A RATHER INTERESTING SUBJECT TO DISCUSS....PAPPY

I don't use this as a screen name but my nick name is "Duffy" and has been
since I was 6yrs old, I'm 34 now.
I was adopted when I was 7 and my last name at the time was Dyer.
One of my older brothers started calling me "Duffy Dyer" after some professional
ball player I guess. Now, my last name being Garrison, they just call me "Duff" or "Duffy"

Swizzle was derived from a local drunk trying to say 2 words at once. Originally the drunk (played by my cuzin) decided he was hungry. He knew that we had twizzlers and skittles and peanuts. He said "Hey.... do we still got those swizzlers....ah nuts....haaahhaaaaa, swizzlernutz" I shortened it to swizzlenutz originally and after typing that in a few thousand times I shortened it to swizzle. Lately I've been signing everything Swiz. That is how I came up with my name. The Swiz
