Okay with me, Mate. Just don't be blaming the weatherman if it starts raining.

Cheers Mate,

We have a lot of those here too, plus brown recluse spiders, can be deadly.

I guess there are some benefits in living near the perma-frost. No poisonous snakes, black widows, and such. I did get a little poison ivy last time out but I think I would rather deal with that.

Hey schoser,

We got em' all over here in Virginny. I don't pay much worry about them as they seem pretty shy and don't really want any part of you.

Now, ticks on the other hand, I got a problem with. They carry some pretty nasty stuff like Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, infections, and some other nasty stuff. They definitely go out of their way to become your close friend and enjoy having you to host their dinner party. I'm still trying to figure out how they benefit the food chain.

As of yet, haven't seen a BW here in DE nor do I care to see one

As for the BR, I did have one of those do a job on my right knee ... one minute, it looks like a pimple ... week later, I'm in the doctor office, getting a local and having her dig a dime-sized spot of dead tissue out of my knee ... as my Doc said, lucky it was not near the joint or I would have been screwed big time ...
