Possible Resource
I was just thinking and tried this out myself. Look up your local High School online to see if they have a website. You can look on their website to see when their athletics fields seem busy / not busy. For example, my local High School starts its football camp on June 23rd but they have every Friday off!!! That would probably be the best time to get out there. Also, the camp ends every day at 6:30pm, so I COULD go in the evenings.
Just a suggestion for those busy schools. I know there seems like there is always something going on at our local schools, so this will help me figure out a good hunting time.

Yeah, I normally just go to elementary schools, but I think there's one high school near me that's not fenced in.

I do just the same. The tot lots at the elementary schools sometimes suprise me as to money and jewelery. I never had money at that age, much less good jewelery, Beale.

good idea...lots of locked up schools here but a few that are open, but busy. always practice of some sort going on ...gotta keep those fields replenished somehow!
