Default Rain Rain Go Away!!! I added more Photos

Man it just won't stop raining here in SW WI. I think we have got rain the past 4 days in a row. I know we have had over 4 inches in the past 4 days & if that wasn't enough here Sunday morning it's like monsoon pouring out, I have standing water in my back yard & see the picture of the river running through my front yard. The ground is so saturated it just can't soak in anymore, so flash flooding in certain areas. We had some nasty storms yesterday around 3pm that just barely missed where I'am by 10 miles or so some people got hit by tornados & or straight line winds of up to 100 mph. Forecast is rain pretty much all day off & on & chance of more rain in the forecast for the next couple of days. Just what we need when I just found out that I have some shingles off on the house down to the black paper, so time for a new roof as it's 22 years old with orig shingles. Probably won't be able to hunt until Wed or so until it dries out a bit. Hope the rest of you are having better hunting weather!!

We could use some of that rain here. We just have heat and more heat. I saw 101f on a thermometer yesterday. Supposed to be like that again today, Beale.

I feel your pain! We've had rain and/or storms here for the last 10 days except for last Thursday. People are dealing with flooded homes and roads that simply washed away. Take care and I hope it ends soon!

The one benefit is that it's easy digging when you can get out to MD.

I'll take every drop you send this way. not even enough rain to wet the pavement since January. If it wasn't for the crappy economy I'd move back to Michigan in a heartbeat. But I don't think Michigan can ever recover from the depression it's been in for the last 10 years. So I guess I'm stuck in the desert.
