Default Thank y'all for the support!

I always figured with the other health issues goin' on, my heart would be a "strong point", but that's not the case. My mother and father both have heart issues, one having stents and the other having irregular beating patterns(like I developed within the last week). Why the sudden on-set, I wonder?? But my cholesterol level is about as good as it gets. Anyways........Thanks for the posts and I hope everybody is doing well!!Enjoy life as much as possible while you can

Thanks, Buster. I haven't had any Spam in a long time. Perhaps a can of that will take the place of caffeine

Oh I DO love a good dark roast! I don't drink a lot of coffee so when I do drink it I want it to be good. I do drink a lot of Diet Coke though and love iced tea (reminds me it's a great day to make sun tea!). I've been trying to cut back on caffeine while I'm at work and now I make the sun tea with decaf bags. But I can still drink a LOT of diet coke from morning to night.

I hope the withdrawal isn't too tough for you. I've had a decaf coffee that I like called Columbian Supremo that is really good. Can you still have decaf? I know the diet coke does not taste the same in decaf but I don't mind the coffee.

Good luck with it and I hope your tests come out well!
