I feel your pain...today is day 30 for me without alcohol AND cigarettes...also on a 1000 calorie-a-day-diet and drinking half-caff coffee...extremely high blood pressure - and I'm trying NOT to blow an O-Ring!!!

Good luck on breaking the habit... Although I'm not a coffee drinker..I made up for it with the Soda's that I've pounded...
I too just broke the caffieen habit with the soda... Yup.. I had a few headaces as a result... but they went away... Quote:
I feel for ya Shawn... it's great that your at day 30 or even past that mark now.... Since I cut down on the Soda.... The Jack & Cokes have diminished too.. I'm also in the process of trying to quit smoking as-well.. It's going somewhat ok bt could be better..... wish you both the Best....
