Ghoulish

1. morbid: showing a morbid fascination with death, disaster, or repulsive things
2. hideous: terrifyingly hideous or cruel

Hunting for old coins is ghoulish?? I don't know where her head's at. I'm thinkin' somewhere that doesn't see a lot of sunshine.

Tell'em to kiss your grits....I guess we shouldn't do that....I don't understand what the big deal is??? What difference does it make as long as your not destroying property or causing a disturbance of some sort.Sounds like an old biddy to me....lol

AS long as Ya don't find a ring with the finger still attached then pay her No attention. you have to remember the vocabulary from different generations. Now get back and find some coins !

Coin hunting, ghoulish? Nah.
Now, if you want ghoulish, those diggers in Russia that are digging up German graves for the medals off the uniforms they were buried in.....now, THAT'S ghoulish.
Some of the relic stuff I've seen has been a bit ghoulish too. I distinctly remember seeing a CSA belt plate that has a nice .58 caliber divot bitten out of the top......right about where the belly button would be while being worn....you can tell the slug hit it and kept going....that's just a bit creepy to me.

probably suffering from dimentia...or just a bitter old hag who felt like belly-aching about something. i think BDA summed it up best...pay no mind to the crabby, jealous ones.

I'd just chalk it up to the fact that not everyone will embrace MD'ing the way we do...just like I don't embrace RAP music!! Get back out there and enjoy yourself...like the old Ricky Nelson song says..."you can't please everyone, so you got to please yourself"!
