dirty socks found in Makinhole's area

From the land of the Bluenose...called Makinholes to see if he would care to join Bardman and I for a pleasant day of swinging in the Windsor area. Unfortunately Myles had to do the Tom Sawyer thing and paint a picket fence (or house) and was unable to join us on a day just made to go swinging so I asked his permission to do one of his spots as the Bardman felt like doing the playing field again. After expressing my sorrow to Myles for not being able to come the Bardman and I jumped into the Green Hornet and headed to Tim's for a fill up before the trek to the home of hockey.

The drive seemed a short one and along the way I made my prediction about what we would find on the day's dig....40 coins each and a dewy. Upon arrival at the park I once again had to swing that Prizm V as the mailman had failed to deliever my babies. Getting quite attached to it and the lightness of swing it offers. Mind you the choir of sounds that it makes reminds me of a nagging wife wanting the honey dew list done before you can go out to play. The machine was not alone in making noises as a vigilant pheasant was sqwacking away at me everytime I turned towards the wooded area. Enough was enough and I eventually invaded his space and he vacated which left me only the churps and moans of the Whites to contend with.

The penny parade began and it wasn't long before the Bardman and I were approaching the 40 coin mark when I found the dirty laundry....A Boston Red Soxs pin! Not a Bean town bouy ever since Clements was traded to NY where the rest of the overpaid sooks play!

We adjourned for a quick coffee at Tim's and continued our hunt for an hour and departed the park. Now 3 for 3 on predictions as Bardman and I each had around 40 coins and we found a dewy! Only thing that could have made this day better was if Makinholes could have joined us!
