Your appsolutely right Tom , about them marginal signals !! I dig ALOT of signals like that and I am pleasantly surprized by diggin up a coin or jewlery !! I am really sorry about your loss and it will be along time to get over it, IF EVER !! My son has been fighting a rare disease ( Gorham Stout ) for 7 years now and he is taking it better than I would if I was in the same position !! I lost my sister due to kidney cancer last August and it is like she died yesterday and I will NEVER get over it !!!! I am gong to detect an area today where they removed some old sidewalks maybe I will get lucky and find some goodies !!! HAPPY HUNTING ! KENNETH

Appreciate the encouragement and the kind words. So sorry to hear about the loss of your sister.
Will look up Gorham Stout later, that's one I haven't heard of before.
Sounds like your son is a real trooper! Attitude is 90% of the battle.
Good luck with the sidewalks! They are prime collecting spots. I keep my eyes open when I'm driving, you never know what you're going to spot.
I have a business trip arranged for next week, and am planning on taking the DFX with me.
It's to a small town, but I'll do my research now, and maybe get lucky and find a few goodies.
