Default Old Tokens ?

I went dtecting at a field yesterday and under this HUGE tree I found two copper Tokens !! They were about 4" deep and right next to one another !!! I thought I had some large cents but when I cleaned them with water I discovered they had an American Eagle on one side with stars around the perimeter with two small HH under the Eagle and on the other, NO CASH VALUE is printed in large letters . I wish I could show pictures but I am on WEB TV . Has anyone dug up old tokens like this before ? Your thoughts would be appreciated !!! HAPPY HUNTING !! Kenneth

Hi Kenneth

Does your token look like this ? There are several varieties of these, this one on the reverse has the word Freedom with a heraldic eagle and sheild, I also have one that says no cash value, all with the HH initials,, Carnival tokens .I also have varieties with the same eagle with the initials RWM.

Tom

I should have mentioned that there are also various sizes of these, the one pictured is about the size of a nickel, I also have them the size of a quarter, Im sure that like many that i have that were used in the arcades, and car washing establishments, they surely could be used in a casino setting as well.
