Default question on coin and paper money values

Would someone know where on the net I can find information that has the complete value of USA coins and paper money.

Or where I could get such books? I didn't just want to go out and buy them and find out that I got the wrong ones.
Thanks to all.

Hi Boobie

Coin values ,, I use three different publications that are available at your local wal-mart,, Coins,,coin Values,, coin prices, along with the redbook, and blue book,

Grade is God when it comes to values,, so a good understanding of grading is essential,, for that photo grade , or the ANA grading standards ,, and then practice !!!

I also use ended ebay auctions for an Idea of current market or collector interest of a particular coin or series,,

you can use the pcgs price guide on the net but just know that they are very often on the very high side and all prices are for slabbed and graded coins.http://www.pcgs.com/

You can always post photos in the coin appraisals forum and we can help you with grade and approximate value !!!

I dont collect currency but Im sure that the same technique would apply ,just different publications.

Rick
