Default lyme disease

for the last 2 days i have been throwing up violently and had very intense joint pain and a temperature of 101, i then noticed a spot on my back and i we called my doctor. they said to bring me in and they did some blood tests and brought infectious disease people in and they told me i have lyme disease. the last time i went detecting in the woods i came home and didnt check myself and 2 days later i had a tick on me. this was 2 weeks ago. please check everytime you come inside from being in bushes or the woods. it is not fun to have lyme disease.

Hi Eric,

You'll be fine buddy. Just take care and rest yourself. Try to use tick repellent the next time you go out.

Not trying to scare you but lyme disease can return even with treatment and some folks have a tuff time with it and some folks seem to be fine, with even the slightest discomfort or after a few months it wouldn't hurt to be retested.A fellow that worked for me had Lyme and went through 2 courses of antibiotics and had a relapse a yr later and finally had at home IV treatment to get better and been ok for yrs.Best wishes and DEET it. thanks guys. theyve been hitting it pretty hard with iv antibiotics. it isnt good to have any kind of sickness when you are going through chemo because the chemo brings down your immune system. i was in the hosspital until 11:30 pm last night. they want to get rid of it as quick as possible.
