Default For Greg, Hope this helps

Water Bug and DragonFlys

Down beneath a grove of lilypads lived a colony of water bugs. They went about whatever it is day to day that water bugs do.
Every once and a while, they noticed that one of them would start climbing the stalk of a lilypad. Once they reached the top, they would never be seen or heard from again. This continued on for sometime before the leader of the colony called a meeting.
During this meeting, they agreed that the next one of them that found themselves climbing the stalk, would get to the top and report back to the colony what they found.
Two days later, it was the colony leader himself that was drawn to climb a stalk.
After the long journey to the top, he laid down on top of the lilypad and fell asleep, exhausted from his long journey.
Sometime later he awoke, but something was different. He realized that he had changed. On his back was a set of wings, his body completely transformed. Excited, he lept from the lilypad and flew and flew. He had become a beautiful dragonfly.
After flying for a long time, he remembered his duty. He needed to return to the colony and tell them the amazing things that had happened.
He tried and tried to get back to his friends and family, but he could not do it. After exhausting himself trying to return, he sat on the lilypad top and wept. He would miss his family and friends.
After a while, he realized that he would not miss them for long. Soon, they would all climb the stalks and join him in the wonderful place he had discovered. He knew that they would all meet again, in time.
