Default Too Dry To Dig, So I Went Fishing Again!

Hope you want mind me posting my keepers for the day. I caught at least 50 Crappie, around 6 Bass and Bluegill. I'd rather go digging but we haven't had a measureable rain since "RITA" came through and the ground is like concrete.

Tastefully done.......yum! It's funny, we've started to get some rain now...but there are spots in the schoolyard I've been detecting that are still dry. It's like cement too......before you add water.....just dust with a grassy cover.

Default Wtg Pappy !!!!!!

I have had days like that here in Oklahoma !!! I usually wait till Fall or winter days to detect on someones lawn because during the spring or summer some of the people I have asked to detect there lawns turn me down right quick !!!!During the fall when all vegetation is diying most people I have asked dont mind EXCEPT when they have manicured lawns I get shot down pretty fast!!! !!! But like ya say the ground here gets like concrete so I basically hunt in the parks etc. around here !! I hope conditions improve because of the huricane Pappy!!! As long as you and yours are safe ya can detect another day !!! KENNETH
