anyone know of a site about lockets?
i had a rumage through some of my finds and rememred this. its a half of a locket, its quite large and weighs 7 gms! i thought i would try and clean it a little! it was very cruddy which makes me think its not gold. i found this in a field along with 2 tudor coins and tudor buttons but dont know if this item is from that era? i just wondered wether there are any good sites to try and date it? does anyone have any ideas? thanks from sue
