I know I post a lot of pics of my junk the odd stuff, but I want you guys to see how much junk I dig I mean if I was to show all the cans and pop tops I dig you would be like oh my god start a crap metal buisness . I think when we find odd metal like a pull knob or a doohicky or thing-a-muh-jig we should post it let people know they are in the same boat as us. I know when I have had for example a one coin day heck even no coins and all I have to show for it is some odds and ends makes you feel down cause you have nothing to share. I vow for this time forward you guys will see everything I dig except for the cnas and pop tops

I think that is a great idea! Cause you ought to see what I dig! I wish I could be as good to just go out and pic the good stuff out! But it ain't that way for me!!! I have only been at this for say 2 years! And not been around any other detectorists! So not sure if there is any pros that do not ever dig trash! Don't get me wrong I am a lot better at determining the size of an object now! But I am just letting everyone know I have my fair share of junk... And remember what might be junk to someone might just be a treasure for someone else!

I not only enjoy the great stuff posted I enjoy just seeing what was found for the day! Kind of gives a person participation in the forum. So hey don't be afraid to post what you might think is junk. I have noticed we have a lot of members and if you have a detector (and if you don't...you don't know what you are missing!)jump in and post those pics!

Don't give up! There is treasure out there!!!!

Think ya might win that contest Rip! My husband says I have more brass copper alluminum...etc.what cha ma call its....lying around... going to have to load in on a trailor!!! Me or maybe lets say JD might give ya a run for ya money!!!!

oh i think i could give ya'll a run for your money on that one !! once i found a 2 man hand saw that barely fit in the trunk! (going to clean er up and paint somthing on it)I bet i have several pounds of stuff laying in the floorboards of my car as i always remove anything i find. HH..Terry

I think its a cool idea. I would hate to think I was the only one that was diggin up old plumbing parts.
