Default Lets HUNT!!!! (in NC)

Looking for some hunting partners here in the Eastern NC area. Would love to get together and do some hunting. It gets boring out there by yourself, plus I would love to meet some of you great club members....
Any takers let me know! Thanks and good luck to everyone....

Hey Gunny,

What areas are you hunting? I did some hunting with Bill:WeaponUSMC and AJ before Bill went back to Ohio. Enjoyed hunting with those guys. Maybe we can get together and swing the coils sometime. Me and my hunting partner are always looking to meet others to hunt with. Try and do almost every Saturday but have been playing quite a bit of paintball lately and taken less time detecting. Gotta get back to it and start finding all that lost treasure again.

Chief,
Ive been hitting some areas around the base here at Cherry Point. They tore down a bunch of old base housing (from the 40's) and are rebuilding new houses. Finding a-bunch of clad coins, and a few silver coins as well. Also 2 rings so far since mid March. Ive also tried the Craven County Fair Grounds a few times.... again lots of clad coins. Would love to relic hunt sometime, but don't know where to go around here.

Gary

If you want to hunt for a few hundred modern low value coins then get over to Bougue Field (did I spell that right?) as we left hundreds in the ground about 10 years ago when we did a combined manoeuvres with the USMC..
