Default Medal Detector carrying bags ?

Does anyone use a medal detector carrying bag ? If so what kind ? and are they worth the money to purchase one ? I have scoped out a carrying bag through Kellyco Medal Detector Superstore for $79.95 !! Do ya think that is a reasonable price ? Or should I look elsewhere ? KENNETH

Hi,
A carrying bag is a must.

I sell the same bag for 39.95. They are of the same quality and padding. I don't have them on my site yet but you can still get one if you'd like to call me.

Hi Ken: I think they are a must. You can visit my web site for Tesoro and Garrett bags. Or I now carry a generic one for 29.95. (email me for the generic one.)
Take care

Default what about hard cases?

I'm looking to be traveling a bit by plane this summer and am curious how/if any of you travel with your detector. How about one of those Pelican hard cases?

I have flown all over the world with mine. I put the control box (less batteries) and coil in my hand baggage and the shaft in my hold luggage. If in doubt, write (not e-mail) to the airline and make sure that you have the reply with you when you fly.
