Discovery! but not metal detecting related.
This is a valuable discovery i found over the last weekend.
i was tired of the goatheads(puncture vine) popping my daughters bicycle tires all the time, so i went on a little hunt to see what i could use and then bingo it entered my mind. i cut a seatbelt strap from an old car and just laid it inside of the tire from end to end, then i installed it in the tire so that it was in between the top of the tube and the tire. Presto!!......she has rode over so many goat heads and even a nail without popping a tire. i just thought i would share this with everyone, because we all know the agony with flat tires.
