Law of averages
Just wondering if anyone has noticed that the majority of silver coins found are usualy dimes ! I have a few ideas but thought it would be interesting to hear what ya'll think.

I think that dimes are smallest and easiest to lose.....and the detectorists in the 70s and 80s got most of the quarters and halves. Our newer machines are better on average than the old ones....for everybody except Mr Silver
