Is it just me .....
....or are some of the smilies not working for everyone, Noticed that the other day, my computer is very slow, so I was just wondering.

Great, so it must be my lousy service I get here, I would use this smilie
 BUT it is not moving for me. It has been taking up to 4 minutes to get into the Chat....I've got to figure out something, I'd have withdraw symptoms If I could not get on here everyday!! My computer is not that old only 5 years dell flatscreen, windowsXP, It has to be the ISP. Looking into a wireless service but can only get that if the signal is strong enough here, which we are waiting for them to come out and check. Living in small town USA, has its disadvantages.
