Cuban Coins: Silver content
Anybody know anything about the contents of the 1900-1950 Cuban coins?
I have a box of coins I got from my grandfather before he passed away a few years back, and I've been going through them. there are several cuban coins that appear to have some silver content. also in the box were some french, german, canadian (silver dime), british (1924 Florin) coins, and a Morgan Dollar, 3 "V" nickels, and a 1866 shield nickel (poor shape) the nickels looked like they were glued onto something at some point, and I would love to clean them up...
