Default Survey who all lives in Arkansas?

I have been researching Arkansas law on metal detecting on State lands there is none only a directive by the director of State Parks it is time to change this call your State Senator & State Representative today to lesson the restriction on recreational metal detecting!

I guess I am not getting it - but if there are no laws or regulations then why would you want some? No laws or regulations to me means you have the right to do whatever you need to do. No restrictions. Sorry if I am confused about this. JoAnne

the directive that is issued by the director says no metal detectors period on State Parks land therefore the park Rangers enforce that directive
