Recreational metal detectorist all over the United States I need your help!

I check with the Excutive Director & Director of Arkansas State Parks there directive on recreational metal detecting is very restrictive and they are very reluctant to discuss there concerns so the restriction can be lessoned this is not even a law it is a dirictive given by the Director's. I need everyone to email these guys to tell them there needs to be a more realistic directive drafted, tell them you are writing on the behalf of the recreational metal detectorist of Arkansas thanks for your help here are there email addresses
