well, my buddy and i went on a hour and a half drive outside of virgina city to a goast town. it was really trashy lots of shooting stuff. my detector did good disc every thing but 22 shells. i found a vintage pull tab, cast iron, a round nail ,22 shells, 9mm shell and a whole mountain of hot rocks. it was a great trip 4 wheel in and out nice to look at. jim

Sounds like you had a good time. One of those hot rocks could turn out to be a chunk of gold.
