Vibra PHONE
I was not aware that this existed until Stephan (Finallastdays) posted a comment about it. Has anyone tried this? How about the TQ sponsors -have any of you seen this or tired it? Seems it would be perfect for someone hard of hearing or for security sakes when you do not want anyone to sneak up on you with ear phones on. Does it affect the signal strength of the detector? How about depth? Just curious about what I can find out about this gizmo. JoAnne

Because of the Vibraphone I have been able to sell detectors to the hearing impaired and they are able to use the vibration from them to better "hear" the target. They cut off the volume / earphone / speaker and use vibration to alert the user to the "beep" of a target. I think there may be some minor "depth/signal strength " loss but not much from my experiences.
