I used one on the DFX when I was having lots of back trouble. It made a big difference to me. It is called the Swingy thingy, ( I think that is what is called). I also believe Chuck sells them.

Maybe for someone who's bed fast.

Hate to be negative but geesh guys...GET OUT THERE AN EXCERCISE!!!


I've use my buddies minelab sovereign once. Felt like a bowling ball on the end of a stick!

the major reason I decided to get into metal detecting was for the exercise ... I have never been one who would walk 5 feet just for the exercise but metal detecting is something that I will do for hours at a time

This is much more exercise than sitting at home watching TV moving my arm from the chips to my mouth. This way I at least find $ and interesting stuff. I think it's great exercise. I'm not one to run any marathons, either...but this gets me goin'!
