md good for your health

I work out a lot and my traps were sore after md this Tuesday. It is also a good cardio workout. I was feeling guilty not going to the gym but now I do not. It is a great workout.

mding is the best work out i have had, since july i have lost 30 lbs cant wait to see how far i go by next july.
