Talking 1st find

I got my 1st find today on my lunch break. I got a handmedown Radioshack detector last week. I studyd all week, Replaced the batteries, Played with it. Then took it out back of the shop taday at lunch, just playin around mainly. Experimented with some coins, n my pocket knife. Then got a signal off to the side. Carefully swept and went to probing, About 3 inches down felt something, carefully lifted a early 50's era chrysler hood ornament out of the dirt!!! I was stoked. It might not be anything to Ya'll experts, But I'm a Dodge boy to begin with.

Bad part is, Now it's snowing..................

Default OK, you are officially hooked.

Going forward there is no therapy known to man that can cure you. Really though you have just begun a very rewarding hobby, I wish you the best.

Hello Sly, that is too cool, I'm a Dodge fan also and so welcome with your first find! I had a 1969 Dodge Superbee years ago, wish I still had that one haha! Ok happy hunting Sly and God Bless.

Sly isn't that a great feeling You always remember your first find. Mine was a black Onyx ring that I found with my old Radio Shack detector. My first find with the XLT was a Merc dime.
