Default searching on top of grass

is this possible? I think the answer is yes. Has anyone ever tried it? like maybe after a real big event at a grass park? sometimes people drop stuff and it is a bit hard to find on top of grass eventhough sand is way harder. Trying to think of posts to post and this is what just popped out of my head. Let me know if it is worth doing or not.

Default Sure, try it

We have concerts in the park and events like that. Next day hunts always turn up a lot of change. Don't expect to find any old coins or relics but the pickings are usually worth a hunt.

Any time a fair comes to a park or field near you, even if you plan not to participate in any of the festivities, attend them to "scout" the area:
  • Notice where the ticket booths are located and where the lines are leading to them... people drop money here as they prepare to purchase tickets
  • Do the same with the food/cotten candy venders
  • Pay attention to locations of rides that are more active, enabling participants to lose coins & items from pockets, or may prevent them from keeping that extra firm grip on whatever it is they may have been holding

Default Top Of The Grass Hunting??

WHEN THERE IS A LARGE EVENT DOWN HERE SOME PEOPLE ONLY HUNT FOR FRESH SURFACE DROPS. THIS WAY THE HUNT IS FAST AND A LOT OF GROUND CAN BE COVERED in a short amount of time. Some people find even paper money. JOE
