Default re; Cranberry, Pa

I hunt that area and live about 30 minutes away. There are many TH's around Cranberry Township. There is a club in Butler PA which will resume meetings in March 2007. it is a good club but is down for the winter months since many members live quite a distance away for the winter travel.

Default Cranberry

Randy

TH's is short for treasure hunters.

The Butler metal detecting clubs next meeting is in the 3rd Thursday of March 2007.

If you are new to metal detecting you best learn to cut a neat plug and cover your holes before you run into a problem with the local park police.
They will make the parks off limits to the metal detectorists.

What two detectors did you order?

Default Hey Randy

Randy

I do not know much about the Whites you are getting but that Garrett Ace 250 seems to be the hottest thing on the market.

I have one and it is user friendly and easy to turn on and go. I use mine for a back up but take it out frequently to keep up my skills with it.

Pin pointing is accurate also after a few minuted of practice.

I have found over 300 quarters with it in one month. I did not even bother counting the other coins.

I have only had it a few months but know several friends who have bought one & love it.

Harry
