Got a good lead today
I called on of the National forest in my area to see it they give out permits for Mding. I was told yes and the lady that soes it will be back from vacation on the 3rd. This forest has many old home steads. I have a friend that grew up in the forest area and said he can lead me to some that are deep in the forest. He has told me many of them are over 100yrs old. I am bitting at the bit over this news...... If all turns out as I am hoping, I will post up some pictures of any items we find.
