Default Tumbler Recommendation

Hello

I didn't want to hijack the Coin cleaning forum with this question. What tumbler would you guys recommend for cleaning my clads? Thinking about purchasing one.. don't want to spend a lot, but it would be nice to recirculate my clads.

Thanks!
DB

I use a vibrating tumbler. It doesn't seem to harm the coins as much as a rotating type. But this is just my own opinion. But they are a bit more pricey.

Do know the brand of tumbler you have? What was the cost?

Thanks!

Thanks boobieinPa! How many coins can you process in a load, and how long does it take?

Thanks!!!!

Each of the tumblers is supposed to be equal in weight so the vibration works properly. Each one is recommended to hold 4 pounds each including the gravel and water.
Since I am never in a hurry I do them overnight then replace the dirty water with clean and let IE run for a day or two. I have no idea just how long a rotating tumbler takes.

Check out the ones from harbor frieght, they have vibrate, single, and double tubs. Great prices as well. I use the single and i dont have to tumble but a couple of hours for most coins... or maybe thats just how i like mine to look.
