Tricity Area (newark, Fremont, Union City), any special regulations to follow?
i am about to purchase a md. was going to start out in newark, fremont,
and union city public parks. Any laws around here besides the EBparks permit? (if i dont md in ebparks ... are there local laws prohibiting md?)
