Uh, book? I put it together and ran out the door.

The other day i buried 10 pennies, 2 qtrs, 1 nickels, and 1 dime in the big neighborhood sand box. I found everything except the dime.

But the first thing I dug was an old nail in my backyard.

LOL!!! I put mine together, put on my coat and hat and hit the yard. Lot's of hits but I have no idea what they are. Ground is still hard as a rock

Just have to wait until it thaws a little around here..

Since the ground is frozen and you are wanting to get out there and dig you can borrow my new digger.

Well, I got out for a little while today. Getting to know the Ace is a little tricky, but it seems to be a pretty strong little machine. I found a very thin nail at about 5 inches. Also found a coke can, a chain, some kind of metal disc, and another nail. This was all in my backyard, where I imagine all I'm going to find is construction debris, but it's good practice. Don't know how much work I'm going to get done tomorrow...

You should try going to some local parks and dig in the sand or woodchips. It might be a bit easier than frozen earth??

Thought I would just give you some ideas. Also, if you have a basement with a dirt floor, a bunch of people find good stuff down there.

Good luck, at any rate
